Terrible Experience I Do Not Recommend This Hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and I absolutely do not recommend staying here.
After a long and exhausting day of traveling, we arrived expecting a comfortable room, but instead we were given two separate single beds, even though we clearly booked a double bed. This is completely unacceptable and ruined the comfort of our stay.

This was our first time at this hotel. The overall location is great as you are in the old historic area, and busy shopping district. The hotel room is very spacious and elegant, which also reflects the overall lobby design. Daily Breakfast is included.

We want to thank you for a very nice room.
Our room was large, clean and very cozy. Air conditioning and wifi work perfect. It was quiet at night, we slept very well.
The breakfast was delicious, in a pleasant and quiet place. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The location of the hotel is perfect.
We were very satisfied and can recommend the hotel....

The only good thing about the hotel is their location 5 stars on that but rest it absolutely horrible no air conditioning in rooms in peak summer. They might give you an AC room if you know how to create a scene.
Also zero points for hospitality it takes multiple people to do a single person job and even that is served with rudeness....
