Great hotel in Prague

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a city break to Prague.
Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff very helpful, friendly and spoke good English.
Our room was clean and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Bed was big and comfortable. En-suite a good size with large shower cubicle but no bath. Slightly strange frosted glass sliding door into the en-suite.

Christmas Markets

The Hotel Grandium was centrally located to the Christmas markets, Charles Bridge and astrological clock all of which were in walking distances. The hotel had an amazing breakfast every morning including champagne for those who wanted to celebrate. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Vaclav Jelinek who went above and beyond to answer our questions, make us feel welcome and made sure we had what we needed....

The hotel was spotlessly clean , room was lovely , breakfast spot on .
Down sides are
No English speaking entertainment Chanels , only news ! Who wants to watch the news while youre away ? Not me .
The tea and coffee in your room is free , but nothing else . I know the mini bar is chargeable but they conveniently forget to tell you that the nuts , crisps ,olives etc , which are left out on the side are also chargea...

Hotel exceeded our expectations! Spacious room, extremely comfy bed, decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. The room had everything you needed for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was extremely tasty, a very good choice of food and constantly replenished. Orange juice and prosecco at breakfast arrival was a lovely touch. We arrived for a birthday trip on the 26th me and my partner, check in was smooth the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, and very close to town centre, everything was walking distance. The only taxis we ever had to take were to Prague Zoo, Prague Castle and to and from the airport.
