I am a wheelchair user, and I found the room to be a great size with excellent accessibility features. The bathroom was well adapted, and the doors were wide enough to move around comfortably.
The breakfast was simple but nice, with enough options to start the day well.
In my opinion, the location is perfect. It is close to public transport, and many places are within walking distance.

Lovely 3 night stay in rooms 214 and 215. Comfortable beds, good shower and a great location. Only thing I would say is that a kettle would be a better option than the coffee machine. This did not dampen our experience in any way though. Lovely gentleman on reception at check in and handy luggage storage too! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Prague!...

Great hotel, very good price in a good location. Staff were helpful, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. Everything was clean and the bar had a good range of drinks....

Absolute gem in a beautiful city

My wife and I have just returned from a short budget break through Hayes Travel.
The hotel was amazing from the facilities, cleanliness and the friendly very helpful staff. The bedroom was very comfortable with complementary shower products, hair dryer, safe and tea/coffee making machine. They even have a gym.

We traveled from the UK so had to decide on transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Being adventurous types, we opted for the bus, underground then tram route as recommended on the hotel web page.
We decided though to get off the underground at Malostranka and walk from there rather than take the tram.
As a big win for Prague, their transport system is easy to use and excellent.
