The location was perfect. The front desk help was very good. Room was clean and very quiet with the double windows. Would recommend.
The breakfast was extensive and very good. However, on our last morning, we had to leave early to catch our plane. We went down at 7am, but were sternly told that they were not open till 7:30. When I asked if we could grab a croissant and coffee (which were ready to go). they rudely sa...

This would definitely be the best hotel in Prague!!
The staffs are all very helpful, friendly and smiling all the time. The breakfast is beyond expectations with so many choices!! It is absolutely amazing and they change some dishes every day! There are even live piano while having breakfast!!

Very nice hotel.Crntral location, clean, great and varied breakfest and wonderful staff.

Amazing hotel, room was great, central spot and great food. Would 100% stay here again. There was one chap on reception in particular who was so helpful and friendly. Thank you guys....

An excellent hotel with superb service. The room was perfect with a view over a small square. An old charming building carefully renovated to the highest standard. The breakfast buffet and it's staff was amazing. True luxury! If I really have to complain about anything, It would be serving this extravagant breakfast and then put a scale in the bathroom! :-)...
