As senior citizens and seasoned travellers good hotels with good service are high on our list of expectations and like to try and leave positive reviews knowing that everything is not always perfect.
This hotel is well appointed and comfortable.
Unfortunately we had some issues mainly with some of the main desk staff and the bar staff regarding their attitude.

Fabulous hotel in great location

Were so pleased we booked this hotel. Its a beautiful building in a great location and absolutely spotlessly clean. Very well run with professional staff who make you feel at ease. The room was great and we appreciated the heated floor in the bathroom. It was such a nice touch that a box of chocolate almonds was left in our room with a kind message for my husbands birthday....

A remarkable Hotel.
We have never experienced such an efficient and polite Breakfast Crew!
Housekeeping was spotless from our room to the public areas.
Front of House were courteous and polite.
In-house airport transfers was efficient, on time and comfortable.
Our only observation was that the breakfast buffet was by the public entry door to the restaurant and as a guest we were juggling plates of food and hot drinks...

The stay was pleasant. I was concerned about street noise, but it was quiet on the 5th floor. The room and bathroom were clean, and the Rituals hotel cosmetics were very pleasant....
