Great Central hotel

Second time at this wonderful hotel. Central, very clean with attentive and helpful staff.
Breakfast was a let down this time as any hot food on offer was barely warm on all 3 mornings we ate there. Even when the staff were refilling the hot breakfast containers the food was lukewarm at best.
I'd definitely stay again but possibly consider going elsewhere for a hot breakfast....

I would certainly recommend this hotel. Location is pretty much ideal, around 15 mins walk from main rail station (or 1 stop on the metro to nearby Museum station). 10/15 min easy walk to old town.
Every member of staff was so nice and welcoming and my room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a most pleasant lounge area in the main hall which does coffee, drinks and light meals all day. Breakfast was goo...

One of the best stays in PRAGUE. Miss Wella at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly, she answered all our queries about the area nearby.

Just came back from Prague with mu husband and it was our first time here. Chose the hotel based on the reviews and it didn't disappoint
The hotel is absolutely lovely, room was clean and warm, bed very comfortable , clean bathroom with big mirror and good shower pressure (as a girl this matters a lot lol )
And its location is perfect; only 15 min to Old Town Square

Receptionists Piyush and Wella were amazing they truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly and professional service really stood out.
