We booked an apartment and were literally surprised with all the amenities provided including Fridge, locker, crockery, dishwasher, iron box and of course the TV. There is a sofa cum bed if you are 4 people. A separate room with toilet however I would have preferred to have WC also in the main bathroom....

Great first impressions but let down by hot water fault which was poorly managed by staff

Wonderful room and location. Staff lovely. Breakfast good. There was no hot water on first morning and again on our second morning. I was disappointed we weren't communicated to about this and staff were not available. Our in room phone didn't work and no-one at reception. I would have appreciated more be done to compensate or help with the inconvenience. I have written to management but a week later have had no re...

We arrived on a thursday and Pitr welcomed us, and advised us that we had been upgraded to a larger suite on the main floor. We were told it would be quiet and a good value. The apartment style room was very nice, but the street wasn't visible as the windows were frosted for privacy, and people walking past were sometimes loud and disruptive. Brilliant find tucked away in the lovely Prague 2 area. Very quiet and upmarket street. Felt safe wandering round on my own at times. We had Apt 4 which was a corner suite with double room and sofa bed. It was really big! More than enough space for the 3 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa bed was very easy to get out and put away which made a real difference to us. Beds were comfortable. Only little issue was th...
