Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The location is excellent for those who want to explore central Prague on foot. The room was quiet and had a large, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was truly excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful....

Hotel is in a great location with most things in walking distance, there is also easy transport links near by if needed. The rooms are nice and comfortable, staff were friendly, atmosphere was generally okay, and value for money was also quite good.
Cleaniness was a slight issue, we had a stained robe and towel which were unused by us, the tv remote was filthy, and the menu had coffee staines on. I told reception wh...

GOOD: Nice buffet breakfast, very clean.
BAD: Electrical problems, bad shower design, taxi miscommunication.
We stayed here because they had a triple room with three separate beds. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel was pretty and very clean. (1) However, our hairdryer stopped working on the second use, they had no replacement for us -- gave us a key to another room to use that hairdryer and that also stoppe...

excellent hotel in good location. Staff very friendly. Rooms had everything needed and very clean and bright. Vey quiet room. Choice of food was very good and plentiful. I would highly reccomend this htel. Weather was warm and dry....

Location is great here walking distance to most sights, hotel was clean not a 5 star a bit tired in need of renovation.
Shower over the bath dangerous very high to climb in and out of and slippery, would ask for walk in shower if limited mobility.
Water in room, free safe, coffee machine also in room and fridge.
Staff friendly and helpful, drinks reasonably priced, Irish bar across the road(Gabbys) good atmosphere...
