Great hotel with welcoming, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable throughout. Relaxing bar/lounge area which also leads to the beer spa which we didnt use.l but may consider in future.
Breakfast was served daily between 0700-1100 and was plentiful. Great selection and never overly busy. Breakfast was buffet style with cooked and continental, coffee and fruit and was included in our stay rate.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a short Christmas break. The hotel is very near all the main activities and markets in Prague and a stone's throw from the Frank Kafka statue. Our room was on the 5th floor in the eves of the roof which made it fun for my over 6ft husband who had a few bumped heads whilst we were there. The room was small but clean with coffee machine, toiletries etc provided. The breakfast was plentif...

We have just stayed at this hotel for 5 days and its in a fabulous location, 5 mins walk to Wenceslas square, 10 mins to the astronomical clock and approx 40 mins to the castle.
We were able to check in first thing in the morning after an early morning flight with jet 2 room was lovely and clean with plenty of space. There was a fridge in the room, coffee machine and bottled water. Coffee pods etc and water were rep...

This hotel has a great location for exploring Prague. There are a range of shops at the bottom of the street, and several bus stops within a few minutes walking distance.
The rooms are basic but clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets - in case they were needed.
The breakfast was very basic. Not as good as other hotels with a similar star rating.

Only a provisional review as we have not made the trip yet, but things have not started well. The email inviting us to checkin online arrived - so far I have wasted 1/2 hour trying to checkin, and been annoyed even further by online chat service that doesn't read my messages properly.
Also the email gave details of other services, with a "click for more info" button that only told us what the main page had already ...
