The rooms, the elevator and breakfast are all great. The location was very walkable.
The breakfast staff are awesome!
The front desk for the most part was helpful. There was a miscue, that they accepted responsibility for.
I credit them for their honesty. I asked for a reputable local tour company. They did not feel comfortable recommending one.
Prague is buyer beware when it comes to tours and services like Ube...

Very conveniently located and clean hotel.
The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was pretty big and clean. We didn't spend too much time in the room except to sleep after walking around the city all day but were happy to come back to a very clean and quiet room. The breakfast is included and the buffet was very good!

My wife and son stayed at the Michelangelo and what a wonderful experience. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly and we were offered a glass of pressco . The room was very spacious and a fabulous bathroom and we received a bottle of water every day. The breakfast was delicious with a fantastic choice of food and drinks. Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. We arrived late on Friday and evening and were checked in quickly and shown to our room 417. The room was very clean and modern but had the most awful night sleep, every few minutes an awful knocking noise came from the air conditioning unit, even after turning it off. Excellent location within 3-minutes walk to subway and multiple trams. Superb breakfast. Good service. Bottled water in the room every day. Air conditioner was really working and keeping room temperature down. Many European hotel do not do it....
