I throughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Check-in was easy, our room was ready. Coffee machine, water were provided in the room. The room/bathroom was very clean. Lovely towels! Plenty of hot water and pressure from the shower. Shower gel, shampoo etc are provided in mini bottles. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with an added bonus of Prosecco. When you book a suite in a 5-star hotel thats advertised as being up to 60 square metres, you have certain expectations. Here are the facts: the floor area of the suite is 3.5 x 5.5 square metres. As 7 square metres are taken up by the stairs, bathroom and entrance, that leaves 12 square metres for the living area. Thats the size of a prison cell, and thats exactly what it feels like inside. We had an excellent time at this hotel, which was friendly and inviting. The food and drink choices were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were maintaining high standards throughout. My husband, who had a disability, was well looked after by the reception team and the concierge. Excellent value for money....

Great location, very clean with helpful staff. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice to suit all tastes. Everything within a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Would definitely rebook if ever I return to Prague...

we booked parking for our car in advance of our stay - and got confirmation for same. On arrival (arrived late evening) - however - no parking was allocated for us, and we used several hours for solving problem / finding parking on our own for the first night.
