Excellent location in Old Town Prague. Very close to Charles Bridge and walking distance to Astronomical Clock. The staff were attentive and respectful. Special shout out to Nora at the reception desk. My husband lost his wallet and she called the restaurant where we think he may have dropped it. Thankfully, the honest waiter did and gave it back to us. THANK YOU, Nora, for going above and beyond :)...

Really good hotel in a brilliant location. Great room with a wonderful bathroom. We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet is delicious too. Id recommend this place and would come back. Friendly staff too....

Really lovely location - close to everything ( 5mins or less walk to Charles Bridge, Tesco supermarket, The Louvre cafe and much more) but nice quiet location just a step away from hustle and bustle.
Rooms and en-suite were nicely decorated and clean and comfortable ( on arrival we were told wed been upgraded to a junior suite so we had a sofa too and more space).

We were picked up from the train station by a driver from the hotel. There is a charge of 25.00. He was efficient and helpful. Our accommodations were clean and spacious. There is no coffee or tea in the rooms or luggage rack, if youre accustomed to that.
The breakfast was quite good but does not begin until 7:30. The shower could use a non slip bath mat because it is slippery

We stayed four nights at this hotel. It's located on a side street, more like an alley. The photo of the front of the building is inaccurate. The sun never shown on the front of because of the high buildings surrounding it. It was not lit up at all in the evening, making it difficult to find once the sun went down.
We paid for a junior suite to have extra room. The photos online made it look like it was worth it. ...
