great hotel in a very convenient location, everything is within walking distance and Charles Bridge is about a 4 or 5 minute walk away. Staff were nice, the maids made sure the room was done every day with towels and bedding replaced even when we never left the room till the afternoon. Great hotel,
Our room was massive.
Beds very comfortable and the pillows are so good.
Bathroom is huge with a rainfall shower.
Toiletries included are shampoo, shower gel and body lotion by the white company. Hairdryer and mini fridge in the room.
The location is right next to Charles bridge and a short walk to anything in old town.
Very clean. Cleaners came in every day and made up the bed/ changed towels.

I toyed with a 3-star or 4-star rating for a while. I finally settled on 3. Here's why:
The room was lovely. Very comfortable bed, great shower and all of bathroom in fact, and the room was very spacious. Nothing to complain there.
But. Do not advertise the hotel as having smart tv in rooms, if the tv is far from smart. No possibility of connecting to apps (Netflix etc) and screen mirroring didn't work. Front desk ...

The Moods Hotel is situated in a very good location, close to tram stops, lots of historic sites, including Charles Bridge. Our flight arrived at 10.15am and we reached the hotel by 11.30am. We expected that we would drop off our bags and head out to explore. However the receptionist informed us that we could check in early and get into our room straight away,this was great. I took my girlfriend here for 3 nights as a holiday gift, and when our flight was cancelled, we asked them ahead of our stay to refund the first nights' stay since we would not make it. This was a goodwill request that they did not hesitate to deny.
