Hotel situated in an excellent location, very pleasant and friendly staff, excellent food, great wellness, clean and pleasant everywhere.

I enjoyed my stay, and it was excellent value. The hotel has comfortable facilites and the Spa and lobby do not disappoint. BUT - in my view the photos don't show the full story, and give the impression of a much grander and more luxurious experience.

Great hotel for luxury city break, the spa was beautiful perfect after a day exploring. The breakfast was really good lots of choice and all tasted great. Good service and close to explore....

Definitely 10/10 !!! I can't describe the experience we had me and my wife. We've been in a lot of hotels, but really never had a service like this. We felt like royalties, enormous thanks to Yosif Mitkov-guest relations. The room, the food, the spa and the whole service, just they are on a different level ! The location is really close to many landmarks in the capital Prague. Definitely if we have a chance to visit...
