We had a short trip to Prague and chose this hotel for one night. To our surprise, we were selected as Guests of the Day! Our room was upgraded to a suite, we received complimentary buffet breakfast, and our parking was free. We also had access to the pool, although we didnt bring any swimwear this time.

We stayed at the NH hotel for five nights, before our arrival we received exceptional service. We had several requests in advance, and the reception team handled each one quickly, professionally, and with impressive efficiency truly outstanding service.

Jet 2 holidays rate this hotel with 5 stars!
It is not. Dirty carpets, chipped worn furniture.
Air con that doesnt work at all. On the staircase going up to the rooms one of the gripping bars to hold the carpet in place was loose and sticking out which was a trip hazard.

We stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV in early December for the Christmas markets, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I travel a lot, and this has to be one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. Its ultra luxurious, and the hospitality and customer service are truly above and beyond.
