We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with huge beds. The food was varied and delicious.
I also loved the thoughtful detail that if you hang the Do not clean my room sign on the door overnight, you receive a coupon for a free drink in the Red Bar the next morning, such a lovely touch!

Great hotel! Everything was perfectly clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!...

Last minute booking
5 off us stayed at hotel there was a wee mix up with room but this was resolved right away by Sebastian at reception

I was not impressed with this hotel. The rooms were dark and dingy and looked outdated and worn out. It was not someplace I could relax at the end of the day, and each time you entered the room and turned on the lights, the TV came on. I know the hotel cannot help what view you see when you look out the window, but my view was a wall with tons of graffiti. Just did not seem to match being in one of the most beautifu...

Dark hair from prior guests in the bath room

The room was generally very worn down. There were hair in the shower from former guests, which was not removed by hotel cleaning when I came to the day I left.
There were small areas of fungus in the shower.
There was much noise from the large high traffic road outside the window.
The bed was the only good thing about the room....
