Perfect but no adapters for UK mobile phone charging and personal safe not working. I couldnt leave my passport or wallet unattended in the room. The hotel is lovely and in a central location. The views from my room windows were stunning. Lots of facilities in the hotel including swimming pool and a cable car. The breakfast was immaculate, lots of choice. NH Prague City is situated around a 5 min walk from the nearest Andel metro station, and lots of buses and trams to travel anywhere within the Prague area easily and quickly.
The hotel itself is lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms are immaculate, shower is very powerful and beds so comfy. Red bar staff very good and attentive. Reception staff some friendly and helpful, some not so. Breakfast is fine you can also ord...

We stayed in the NH Collection hotel, and had drinks in the Red Bar, Jana serviced us our drinks and food with the most warm and excellent efficiency and made our experience so relaxed. We would definitely recommend visiting the Red Bar again....

There's no place to put your suitcase off the floor. No complimentary coffee in your room, but they offer a bottle of water. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The shower is not shielded, so the bigger part of the bathroom is soaking wet after you've had a wash. Clean room and comfortable bed. Amazing reception staff, everyone Is so nice And attentive !!!!
Also the teď bar staff is very nice , specialy Petr and Nasťa.
Walking distance 5 mins to shopping center and metro Andel, Wich goes to the old town in just few minutes
Lots of restaurants in the area...
