A very well-maintained hotel with extremely helpful staff always ready to lend a hand with a smile, whatever the situation. On-site parking is available, and there are excellent bars and a restaurant, as well as a stunning rooftop bar which can be reached by cable car directly from the hotel. Highly recommended! NH Hotels are always a safe bet in every major city!...

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in Europe. The issue was both the hygiene and the overall conditions in the room. As shown in the photos I attached, there were dirty floors, holes in the walls, some strange stains that looked like paint or, even worse, dried blood, and disgusting dirty curtains. I was genuinely afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet.

I was visiting Prague during the end of April and stayed in the NH Hotel with my girlfriend. The check-in and check-out was seamless, we could leave our luggage with the reception without any problems and had a room on the top floor.
It was pretty warm in our room but the AC made quick work of this. The windows could also be opened, so the room was cozy in no time. The bed was huuuuge and overall the room was very co...

This was one of those stays where most things unfortunately fell short.
I requested additional clothes hangers and had to ask three times before they were finally delivered. The iron provided was faulty and leaked water, soaking my shirt. The coffee maker in the room didnt work eitherthough to their credit, both items were replaced promptly once reported.
