Bathroom sucks. Very old fixtures all corroded. The shower was literally falling apart and very difficult to operate. Dirty toilets...

Lovely Stay, Great Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel is really lovely and in a great location theres a metro station and a shopping centre right behind the hotel, and local shops and restaurants right alongside it, which made everything very convenient.
The staff were amazing extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with an omelette station and pretty much everything you could think of catered for.

My bf and I (30s) stayed here for three nights. We were welcomed warmly and the hotel was very clean and inviting. It is dated but I liked the old world feel. Our room was big with very comfy beds, plenty of sockets, YT and Netflix on TV. The bathroom was big and clean with good shower pressure. We liked the toiletries included. I would have liked an iron as I was reluctant to use the ironing service just for t shirt...

Exceptional staff and hotel

The staff at this hotel are truly amazing particularly Adela on reception. They treated me on my birthday to champagne, fruit n chocolates.
The hotel is beautiful and spa and gym exceptional. Staff at spa very good. Rooms are cozy and clean.
The location is perfect. Shopping centre behind hotel with metro underneath.
This hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it....

Nice stay overall, but not quite four-star

I am currently staying at this hotel and overall my experience has been mixed. While it is rated as a four-star property, the rooms feel quite dated and could definitely benefit from some modernisation. There was no water provided in the minibar, which was disappointing, and the air conditioning in the room is very loud and not particularly effective.
