Its strange how this hotel is 4 star! This can be max 3 star! Small & low lebel lobby, bad smell in coridors, no drinking water in rooms even 1 bottle, there is no sign of DO NOT DISTURB to hang on door! There were 3 big flies in our room when we did check in.
At breakfast there is no lemon, balsamic or dressing to use for salad. no white cheese, ... very limited options to eat at breakfast!...

This hotel is absolute value for money. Rooms... ok maybe no wow factor but adequate enough. Clean, spacious, storage ample for a 3 day stay. Wardrobe 12 hangers, 6 shelves, 1 shallow drawer, bedside cabinet x2. Large mirrors one facing beds another on bathroom door. Shower large and lovely and warm. Beds really comfortable, pillows large. Breakfast was varied, something to suit everyone and hats off to staff they wo...

Cancelled confirmed reservation few days before arrival and asked for a higher price.

The hotel cancelled my reservation few days before my arrival and then asked me to make a new reservation. The new reservation was with much higher price and due to the fact that I didn't find another place I took it.
My complains were rejected....

Very friendly and helpful staff, brilliant location close to metro, tram and lots of attractions. Air con was a plus as it was hot when we were there. Mini fridge was a real bonus. Can get noisy if in a street-facing room because of the bars and restaurants nearby but not a problem with the window closed. Bed was a bit soft for my liking but after all day walking, I still slept like a log! Breakfast was decent....

extremely friendly and welcoming staff Thomas on arrival was cheerful and happy and made sure we knew all that was on offer
room was on small side but beds were comfortable - they gave us ear plugs for outside noise from street but didnt need them
shower in bathroom was best shower ive ever had very hot and really powerful
the only thing that was annoying no hanging place for clothes and only coffee not tea fa...
