Pros: Friendly staff, just outside of Old Town and within walking distance. Near to public transport. Not too much noise from other guests/road heard. Beds comfy.
Negatives: Our floor stunk of weed every day, silverfish in bathroom, shower hard to operate (either boiling or freezing), dirty glasses on arrival.
Overall: A basic room so if you wanted to spend a bit of time in the hotel, its probably not for you. Goo...

The hotel was lovely and exactly like the photos on the website. The breakfast was very basic but adequate.
It was between a 15-20 minute walk to the Christmas Market and there were shops to browse in on the way.
We went to all 3 of the markets but the cathedral one was a lot quieter but was still nice to visit.
It was so magical, it was lovely.
I would only recommend 3 night stay if you are only going for Christmas ...

The location of the hotel is close enough to the excellent transport system that Prague offers. The presentation of the hotel is clean fresh and modern. The staff are very accommodating in your requests. The hotel manager is friendly and approachable and will go the extra mile for you with your requests. We love this hotel, our third time staying as an adult family of 3. The hotel is incredibly conveniently situated a 10 minute walk from Charles bridge, either by the shops of the river and the magnificent buildings. Lazy staff

Not a 4 star hotel, came back from a day out at around 4pm fancied a beer before chilling out to find loads of teenagers asleep on the chairs from the hostel up the road which I believe they own.
No bar staff , person that looks after the bar works on reception and is normally hiding in the back, waited ages to be served gave up in the end.
Managers just need to send someone in on nights
Could be so much better....
