A great location for our weekend away

Easy to find after arriving at I.P.Pavlova on the bus. A short walk from there to the hotel. The gent on reception was very helpful and spoke good English, as did the ladies we saw on the second and third day. Our room was on the 4th floor, easily accessed by the lift which was very welcome as I was on crutches! The room was a twin, ideal for myself and my daughter. The toilet/shower room was very clean. Reception staff were friendly & helpful on arrival.Room was ok bed so uncomfortable after walking all day you want a nice comfy bed to get into.Room was clean but no clean tiwels provided the whole time we were there.Cleaner was a miserable sod.No bar at hotel.Didn't book breakfast.It is not central at all.Wouldn't recommend i am sure there are better hotels....

What a lovely stay!
Staff were friendly, Couldnt believe the kind and unexpected gesture of a bottle of wine for my birthday- even though I didnt inform them. Icing on the cake for my 40th birthday. Lovely stay in Prague- a beautiful city!...

Not a great experience

Shower was terrible and no shower mat nearly broke myself up slipping in bath having shower. Beds were not comfortable staff didn't understand when asked about a shower mat I had to use towel. Location is good but very loud on busy road hard to get good sleep....

Weekend trip

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Hotel is very clean and about 20 min walk to old town. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel....
