This Hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Whilst the staff in reception was faultless they had no idea about the central heating not working. We had 3 young kids and a freezing room. One member told us that the heating was broken so sent extra blankets and a portable heater and the other told us that the heating is not switched during certain months. The bedding had rips in it and shower facilities were 2 star at best.

Hotel Suite Home Prague was a great choice to stay with the family in Prague. In a close proximity to the areas of interest. Nice neighborhood. Decent breakfast. Clean and fully equipped rooms. Would definitely be chosen for the next time. ...
