Charming, stylish modern hotel

The hotel is charming. The staff is friendly and exceedingly helpful. They speak excellent English and Spanish so we could communicate. Amenities in the room were functional and stylish. They had a motion activated light under the bed so when you get up in the dark, the floor is lit. That was cool. Location was very good, right near the river and many restaurants....

Lovely hotel

I stayed here last week with my mum. Overall we had an excellent experience. The staff on reception were very friendly and accommodating and were always available if we needed anything. They even had complimentry drinks every day in the reception area which was great. The hotel is very well located, id say it is within walking distance to all the main attractions but there are also tram stops nearby.

We were impressed from the moment we walked into reception, where we received a warm welcome (and a drink!). Receptionists were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was comfortable and modern, with all the amenities we needed. We slept well, with no noise disturbing us at all at night. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
