Absolutely Horrible...No service, English very poor. We chose this hotel as it was convenient for Kilifair. No standards, Rooms dirty so is the facilities at the pool. No TRA receipts from the bar. Waiter is not even ringing up anything placing money in his pockets. Definitely not on an international standard, Breakfast is terrible!!!!! Will never send clients here...

Thank you A1 Hotel Arusha for hosting us. We appreciate the effort of your team and overall our stay was okay.
However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The swimming pool was not clean, and the pathways around the hotel were also not clean. We were informed that WiFi was available in the rooms, but unfortunately it was not working at all during our stay.

I spent a full week here for a work conference and, by the end, it honestly felt like home. The hotel isnt the flashiest on the block, but its peaceful, quiet, and perfect for getting work done. We lasted an hour before checking out! Very shabby. Through no fault of theirs, the power was off, but they hadn't bothered to switch on the generator. The wardrobe door handle wasn't missing, it was lying on a shelf! The telephone in the room didn't work.
