Friendly, NoFrills Home Base for a Productive Week

I spent a full week here for a work conference and, by the end, it honestly felt like home. The hotel isnt the flashiest on the block, but its peaceful, quiet, and perfect for getting work done. The staff were upbeat and always ready with a smileand they handled our crew of 20 like pros. We lasted an hour before checking out! Very shabby. Through no fault of theirs, the power was off, but they hadn't bothered to switch on the generator. The wardrobe door handle wasn't missing, it was lying on a shelf! The telephone in the room didn't work. We stayed there for 1 night after a game drive. Lovely staff, but terrible hotel. The room was full of mosquitos, there was a bright light in the hallway that couldn't be shielded, lots of noise outside and the air conditioning didn't work... Terrible nights sleep. ...

I stayed here, the place was very good especially foodies was tasty. Id recommend this hotel to anyone.
Attentive staffs and very welcoming. The view is authentic as you can spot Mount Meru very clear from the hotel.

I went there for swimming with my friends & paid for two people, I and one of the friend. Unfortunately she couldn't swim because of the health issue and we inform the supervisor for a refund. Supervisor refuse, she added that the money was added on system and was taxed with VAT, she added if I want refund I have to see the manager, we went to the manager, I explain the situation and manager refuse for the same reaso...
