Thank you A1 Hotel Arusha for hosting us. We appreciate the effort of your team and overall our stay was okay.
However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The swimming pool was not clean, and the pathways around the hotel were also not clean. We were informed that WiFi was available in the rooms, but unfortunately it was not working at all during our stay.

I spent a full week here for a work conference and, by the end, it honestly felt like home. The hotel isnt the flashiest on the block, but its peaceful, quiet, and perfect for getting work done. The staff were upbeat and always ready with a smileand they handled our crew of 20 like pros. We lasted an hour before checking out! Very shabby. Through no fault of theirs, the power was off, but they hadn't bothered to switch on the generator. The wardrobe door handle wasn't missing, it was lying on a shelf! The telephone in the room didn't work. We stayed there for 1 night after a game drive. Lovely staff, but terrible hotel. The room was full of mosquitos, there was a bright light in the hallway that couldn't be shielded, lots of noise outside and the air conditioning didn't work... Terrible nights sleep. ...
