Amazing surprise!

My partner and I were looking for a nice and comfortable place close to the airport and to the city. We found this hotel through booking.com and we trusted the good reviews. People were right, amazing experience, staff is very kind and lovely (a special mention to Inga who made us feel like home). We will come back for sure! Thank you and see you soon!...

Amazing service, very polite staff. Family of 5 - We had a late arrival and were very well looked after including getting a dinner after 10PM
Plenty of choice at breakfast as well.
Bit too hot in the room but I guess theyre prepared for colder winter :D (we ended up turning heating down and opening windows)...

Had to stay last minute due to our flight being cancelled. They were so helpful and really understood our situation. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and you really felt welcome. The staff were friendly and spoke both Latvian and English. And the breakfast 6/7. Was honestly the best hotel breakfast I've had. Nice selection of fresh, delicious food

I have stayed at hotel Mara for just one night since I had an early flight out. It is about 2 miles from the airport, a 7 min ride (due to the need to make a turnaround at the switchmaster to head back to airport)
It was much better than expected. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel building seemed new, and contrasted most of the hotels downtown which are really tight on space. We had a beer at the bar, and it...

We had to switch our stay on a short notice and there were free rooms at Mara. We were very happy with the stay. People were friendly, rooms were clean.
Maybe one thing: no aircon in the rooms so if its hot, try to get s room in the first floor :)...
