Unpleasant scent in the room

We were accommodated in a spacious room on the 10th floor, which featured a balcony. However, upon our arrival, the bathroom began emitting an unpleasant odor. Subsequently, both of us experienced allergic symptoms upon waking. Additionally, all of our personal belongings have become contaminated with the moldy scent. We were unable to maintain an open bathroom door, as the odor appears to originate from the air vent...

Lovely hotel for city break

We really loved our 3 night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a good selection of hot and cold items, cereals, and good coffee. The hotel is situated next to bus and tram stops into town. If the weather is good it is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre...

Good location, good view from the apartament type
Room, but design and furniture is outdated. Decorations are ugly and 20 years old. Clean, but apartament type room had strange smell, looka that the carpets are not cleaned deeply, dont reccomend for person with athma or allergies....

Solid Hotel with Good Services Near Park and Tram

We stayed in a standard room at the hotel during the Riga Marathon in May 2025. The location was excellent for our needs: about two kilometers from the city center, with a tram stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to get around. Nearby, theres a large park with cherry trees, water features, and even a Ferris wheel a lovely environment to have close by.

Lack of cleaning in the room

Never come back in this hotel. 2 days in row when the housekeeper did not enter our room. Trash bins full, the used towels on the floor, no fresh towels available.
No manager available at 8 pm, limited power of the front desk employees.
Much more than unpleasant....
