Dirty bathrooms, our toilet literally had s**t in it when we arrived and the smell was overwhelmingly disgusting. Carpets are dirty so bring slippers. Breakfast was horrible, especially if you have any dietary/allergy restrictions. Coffee is abysmal. Staff was kind manger was NOT....

My wife and I ended up booked into this hotel as part of a Wowcher deal. The only positive is the staff on the desk was friendly and informative.
Hotel is not in a good location for visiting the city and the surrounding buildings looked derelict.
The room was disgusting. When we walked in we hit in the face with a very stale musty smell and we were greeted with a room that had the appearance one which would usual...

I'm so disappointed with staying at this hotel.
We took two rooms, where one stunk terribly. It wasn't acceptable to share it with us.
The next one was a bit better but it wasn't perfect, as well.
In addition, someone has stolen our Kindle book. Only the service staff could access this area.
I don't recommend paying additional money for the extra Breakfast. The basic is fine if you don't spend so much money on it....

I really liked it because I came for work and to take courses. I was surprised by the proximity to the center, very good location, very pleasant, staff and staff at the reception. Please note that the hotel declared three stars, and it fully corresponds to its status for those Travelers who want more stars 4-5 and 6. I ask you to look for other hotels, but the price for you will be three times higher....

Different madrasses, some hard as a rock, some soft. Someone were smoking in the room next to ours and the smoke transfered into our room. Staff forgot to give us towles for our room and the key card did not work for the door, so we had to use the spare key for the room....
