Just returned from a wonderful 4 day trip to Riga. The location of the hotel was perfect - opposite a lovely small park and close to both the old town and also art nouveau area. All within an easy walking distance. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we upgraded to a superior double room which had everything you would expect plus a cosy seating area so it was a lovely spacious room. My favourite thing about this hotel was the lactose free coffee machine. Finally a hotel that is accommodating. Breakfast was great, so many options, someone has seriously thought this through. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the underfloor heating, fresh water everyday, blackout blinds. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa everyday.

A truly 5* Hotel in every sense of the word. Excellent service, exceptional breakfast and sumptuous accommodation. A magnificent insight into Riga and the wonderful Latvian people. In addition the Spa was very luxurious and the back massage I had from a very professional young lady was very healing. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough....

Check in was easy, I had requested a park view room but we were given an internal courtyard view room on floor 2 which was fine to be honest, it was very quiet.
