The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of the old town and art Nouveau area. The online check in/out facility was easy to use to order extras/ request information.
We were in room 415 which was gorgeous; large in size and spotlessly clean overlooking the park. Would definitely recommend upgrading to a park view room. My partner was gifted a bottle of prosecco for his birthday which was a lov...

Fantastic hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very big. The rooms were to our satisfaction. The gym and spa was also very nice....

Lack of communication

The hotel is ok and SPA area was good but the hotel management and stuff needs of lot of coaching about communication and costumers orientation services . One of the stuff went really in deep discussions just to approve their own ideas and opinion are the right ones...

Just returned from a wonderful 4 day trip to Riga. The location of the hotel was perfect - opposite a lovely small park and close to both the old town and also art nouveau area. All within an easy walking distance. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we upgraded to a superior double room which had everything you would expect plus a cosy seating area so it was a lovely spacious room.
