Really lovely, but not a lot of staff

Gorgeous hotel, fabulous location, really pretty rooms - however took off a star due to the staffing issue. There seemed to only be about 3 visible staff members through our entire stay which led to problems being served at the check in desk, the bar, and room service.
The staff we did see were amazing though, absolutely professional and kind to all the guests!...

The hotel is very good, breakfast was good as well, just our room was a bit small and only one chair in it for 2....

Lovely hotel &location

Very pleased when we saw this lovley hotel in the Art Nouveau district of Rīga, large rooms, warm and comfy my only comment would be the bed is soft and low, but otherwise couldnt fault it, staff very friendly too.
A short walk across the park in front of the hotel takes you to the old town so a great location too
