The staff at reception desk did their job properly but a smile had made me feel welcome. The service both checking in and out was very unsmiling. A little and easy thing that means a lot. Otherwise everything was very OK....

Hotel rooms look old and tired, might need renewing of interior. Smoking was allowed only in arras where is no roof so we had to smoke in a rain...
