I am sorry, but this stay was totally a disappointment ! It felt like a 3-2 star hotel, not 4!
Firstly, the entrance is made of awkward sharp stones, which can easily damage the wheels of the suitcase!
Secondly, the service didnt feel warm and welcoming!
Moving forward, the hair dryer was awful! One of those very old ones and you have to hold the button all the time while in use- not appropriate for a four star hote...

Great location next to bus stop number 22 from airport bus 5day ticket only 10 Euro. Great breakfast too. Short bus ride to everything train to the beach. Must visit library lots to see from 11th floor. Free. Highly

Easy to get close by bus. When you come by bus, you feel that the building is built 180° the wrong way. The bus stops on the big street, but the entrance is on a small street. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room had a bathtub and I would have expected that there would also be the products needed for a bubble bath and a bathrobe. There were none of these and there is no information whether they could have be...

My personal opinion. This hotel have lost 4 stars many years ago. According service and rooms quality this hotel can reach 2-3 stars max.
Superior Twin Room was absolutely awful. Smells inside like someone was smoking for a week.
When Ive changed room to standard a little "surprise "was waiting for me. Old , ripped towels , rusty bath and ..... what do you think? NO HOT WATER !!!

Quite large hotel walking distance from Riga Centre. Two private parking areas. The Price is above average in our opinion. The room is cozy and clean. Reception and service average.
