Location is outside the tourist map provided by hotel, need to screenshot google map to note the extra streets. A 30 to 40 min walk to hop on bus points. The Bar doesn't open till 4pm & he is rude, gruppy & couldn't bother. Room walls are thin can hear noise/ conversations from other rooms, hall wall & vehicles on street. Hotel is choice by tour groups, can hear them arrive (bags & all) & leave early morning. Don't...

All the staff at the front desk that I encountered were great. The Hotel did not have the A/C on in the rooms, only in the common areas and it was hot while I was there(80). There are no washcloths in the bathroom and the hotel does not have one iron or ironing board available. No ice machines either and trying to get ice from the staff was difficult. Comfortable hotel in Rome! I would like the room to be a little bigger! the bathroom spotless and the whole room! the mattresses are very comfortable, as are the pillows! the cleaners and all the staff are very kind !When I come back to Rome, I will definitely try it again! Greetings from GREECE...

We arrived past midnight from FCO. The staff were courteous and helpful from check-in to check-out.
The negative side on our stay is the window at the bathroom, right at the tub/shower. The window was covered with a venetian blind that does not close properly. I suggest that the venetian blind be replaced with a roll-up shade.
