The pillows are fluffiest I have ever had, delicious variety of foods especially breakfast, nice nibbles on the bar, excellent spa experience and the manager is the best generous host as well as his staff let alone the location by Mitro Station Republica which takes you everywhere and adjacent roads full of tiny boutiques and shops. Opera House of Rome is also a few steps away...

A beautiful hotel with luxurious amenities. Checking in was easy thank goodness as we were tired from the long flight. We were met at the airport at the exit by the transfer who was insistent on taking our two largest bags on his own. The walk to his vehicle was not a long one luckily since it was hot. A hotel its not just a great Building or a great a great location, a hotel its an experience and people that work there can make it or break it , This hotel is a great example of service from the heart .
