The hotel is beautiful, but the service is quite slow. I like to stay at two different hotels in every city that I visit (usually a four star and a five star). I stayed at a four star hotel down the street for a few days before I stayed at this one, and the service was better at the other hotel. Hotel and staff were just great. Our junior suite was amazing, spacious and very elegant, breakfast top. Ineo and Seen restaurants also great....
