I had lunch with my friends in their lobby bar, the Akwa bar. The service was amazing and fast. Staff was friendly and professional. I had their ravioli for lunch. Loved the atmosphere, the food and the people....

As wonderful as the hotels structure, facilities, and atmosphere are, what made my experience genuinely special was the people. More important than the beauty and quality of the hotel itself, the staff were all far above average and made my days there truly enjoyable (especially considering that I was staying alone, as this was a business trip)....

Excellent service from staff

Just popped in today for a drink and a bite to eat at the Akwa bar after visiting the National Roman Museum, Baths of Diocletian nearby. We were especially pleased with the service and I would like to thank Daniele who went out of his way to consult the concierge and help get us some clarification on using the public transport to get to our next location.
