It was okay. Nothing major wrong. Ants in 1 of our rooms and staff wouldnt move until we complained again because of smell of the treatment (which didnt work)
Bar not open - had to go down to reception if wanted drink. We didnt bother.
It was just a base camp rather than an enjoyable stay....

Lovely hotel in Rome

We stayed for two days at the beginning of August 2025. When we booked the hotel we asked them to arrange a taxi from the airport to the hotel. This made the journey smooth and less stressful and driver was waiting for us at arrivals. When we arrived at the hotel, we were made to feel very welcomed and put to ease immediately. Great hotel. Location isn't near anything

Hotel was fantastic. Lovely staff, great rooms, clean and lots of extra details. Location isn't so good if you wanted to be close to anything at all. Can use the metro to get around but the stop is a ten minute walk away up the road....

This was a 20-year anniversary trip for my wife and I. I paid for this place with mostly Best Western points accrued from business stays, but absolutely would stay here again even if I had to pay out of pocket for my room. Nice hotel a bit out off the way room a bit tired needs bring up to date not much room to put your clothes away did not like the kettle in the small wardrobe the staff were very freindly tried the bar a few tomes but it never had anybody at it to get a drink...
