Great little hotel

Walking to the hotel, we quickly realised that we were in a university area and surrounded by students. Although this seemed a little off putting at first (we felt that we were the only family there) this did not pose a problem at all. We felt very safe in this area.

Great people and close to the hospital!

Our daughter was visiting Italy and became very ill prior to her return to the States. She was hospitalized at Policlinico Umberto in Rome. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to that hospital. I cant speak highly enough about the hotel staff. When I made the reservations, we were dealing with a very ill daughter in a country where we did not speak the language. Great hotel, great location, great value for money

We stayed here for 7 nights from 28th August to 4th September 2025. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just outside the centre of Rome near the University, a mere 20 minute walk from Rome's Termini train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station, Policlinico which is 2 stops from Termini and 4 from the Colosseum. Rome Easyjet city break for a family of three.

We used this hotel for our city break of three ( two adults & 9 year old) to Rome, arriving late on the first night, the hotel was a five minute walk from the metro. The room was very large and spacious, our daughter had a bunk bed all to herself and the main bed was large enough for three adults. Clean but has issues

Room was lovely and clean and catered very well for 3 people in one room but. The aircon wouldnt work, poor soundproofing as if the walls were made of paper, shower head positioned in a silly place so had to just hold it whilst showering and would 9/10 make the bathroom soaking and reception very unhelpful with assisting us with public transport timings/recommendations - thank god for the freenow app, would highl...
