Convenient Location but Comfort Needs Improvement

Overall, the stay was not a bad experience, but there were a few comfort issues that stood out. The biggest concern was the shower size, which felt extremely small for full-grown adults. It was difficult to turn around or bend over once the shower door was closed. To comfortably maneuver, we often had to turn off the water and open the shower door just to pick something up or wash properly.

Was always nice and clean. Front staff was pleasant. Store and pharmacy around the corner. The tram service is a 5 min walk and takes you right to Piazza Popolo, not far from Spanish Steps....

Room was very small as was the shower, however, the staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast was lovely & fresh & the location was ideal for exploring....

This hotel is ok . Breakfast was good . Room cleaned well . The room we got was very small . It was like staying in a shoe box . Bathroom ok but does need a shaving mirror . Lots of free snacks in mini fridge and drinks , soft drinks ! . Very close if going to the rugby . Great super market next door and some nice restaurants near by . Just returned after spending three nights in Rome. We upgraded the room after reading the reviews & were happy with the facilities, especially the view of St Peters Basilica. Ideal time to see Rome especially as the trees werent in bloom to obstruct our view. We were allocated a room next to the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was great & set us up for the day.
