The hotel is appropriately appointed. The bed's were comfortable and the room temperature was comfortable although I didn't see a thermostat in the room. The shower is small and there's no bathtub (just fyi), which didn't bother me. The staff was helpful with taxis, supplies,etc. The location was nice as we walked to piazza popoli in 15-20min. and then on to castle Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The location worked wel...

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room attendants were fabulous. The reception staff was professional and helpful. The road was noisy with the windows open until about midnight. The hotel had shut off the air conditioning as of September 22nd. We were there in November and it was bearable, but noisy with the windows open. The room was comfortable, but kind of spartan. It could ...

Nice place, need to correct minor issues.

The location is good outside of the busy city. The room is small with barely any space to move around. There is no storage space to pack out clothing, barely 3 hangers present. The airconditioning was turned off without informing us, and when windows were opened a foul smell filled the room at night. They should have a circulating system to provide fresh air when it is cool outside. The hot water was impossible to co...

Room is quite small, but it is perfectly adequate. Clean, soft towels, comfy bed. Paper cups for hot drinks in room, which was a bit disappointing. Staff friendly, breakfast lovely, with beautiful views over the city. 20 minute walk from Flaminio and not near a metro station. Some nice restaurants close by....
