This was one of those "I'll try it based on the reviews" decision and we are glad we did! This is a boutique hotel on the upper 2-floors of an office building that has been totally remodeled. The rooms are beautiful and new though a bit tight on room size but still very comfortable. The price and value of the hotel is very reasonable especially based on it's location near the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pant...

Friendly and clean hotel with a great location! Staff is really kind and helpful at all times, breakfast is great. Location is perfect, everything is walking distance. Worth of every penny! If you are searching something nice and warm in the center of the Rome, this is it!...

We loved our stay at this cute little boutique hotel. It was located in the perfect spot and everything was walking distance for us. The service upon arrival and our stay was exceptional. I WOULD NOT BOOK THIS. Horrible hotel. Not at all as pictured on the sites. The Hotel itself is located inside a courtyard with a tiny and slow elevator. it did not feel safe to return in evening.
There is no lobby . just a desk on the main floor and the rooms are small and dark. Nothing like the photos being shown. We left and booked another hotel immediately....
