We were put in room 7 - which backs onto the courtyard where people eat breakfast and next to the breakfast room.
Set up started at 6, people were on the terrace from 6:30 - it was incredibly noisy and not a nice experience being woken up every morning to this....

Friendly small hotel

Charme is a small hotel in a great location for sightseeing. Not a great entrance, the reception is on the first floor and the elevator is tiny. Wouldnt advise staying on the 1st floor because of the noise. The rooms are rather small but nicely decorated, with all amenities. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Always with a smile, helpful and friendly, yet professional....

Nice hotel near Trevi Fountain. The staff were nice and the rooms were modern. We had a superior room which had enough space. The decor was modern and the area was clean. I found the beds comfy and shower room spacious.
The cons: no AC until spring and the room was boiling. It was too loud to open the window so did not sleep well.
Tip: the lift is tiny (standard for Rome) but not ideal if you have lots of luggage.

Good breakfast and an amazing coffee machine with some of the best hot chocolate, the hotels location is hard to beat however the rooms are quite small yet the staff are still incredibly friendly and helpful and definitely make the experience better...

Stayed four nights at the Charme Spagna at the beginning of October.
This is quite a tough review for me to decide a rating on as the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Additionally the location of the hotel was good.
The included breakfast was also of a good quality and great variety.
Unfortunately however the room was quite lacking. We were located next to the dining area, whilst noise wasn't a concern ...
