Hotel was excellent. Location was perfect near the Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Staff very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the rooftop terrace and the cocktails. The hotel arranged airport transfers. Would highly recommend ...

Yet another fabulous stay at our favorite hotel in Rome. Breakfast on the roof terrace with panoramic views is fantastic. Super efficient and courteous service from all especially Mauritzio and Georgia. We will most definitely be back!!!...

Staff and location are great but the property needs a makeover!
From the awnings entrance to the carpets and rooms the place is very dated. The rugs in the room was torn as well as the arm rests of the chairs. The place needs an upgrade I even noticed a smell of mold in the bathroom?...

This is my fourth time staying here and it fits the bill for a reasonable price and fantastic location. I had a room overlooking the Piazza, so it was quiet. Breakfast is complete and the staff there helpful. Since I was solo, the bathroom only had one bath sheet each day. Not an issue really. Tatianna at the front desk was cheery but the others never looked up when I entered and I was there a week....

Probably the best located 4 star hotel in Rome.

This is our 4th visit and stay at Colona Palace over the past 12 years. We keep coming back mainly for its central location. Almost all key attractions are within walking distance. Location is the safest. Its in front of the Italian parliament with full police presence 24x7. Staff are professional and courteous.
