Beautiful hotel very clean staff very nice and helpful, breakfast was lovely. City of Rome was absolutely beautiful I would come back to this hotel again and do recommend the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

The staff was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond. I left my bag and water bottle at the hotel. They called me on my cell before I boarded my train. The front desk staff is a tremendous representation of the hotel....

Check on the room location. Early morning on the streets there is bottle dumping/pickup and all you hear is glass bottles crashing into bins.
My room was on 3rd very close to the breakfast room and I could hear a person stir their coffee. There is noise in general being close to that room.
I didn't sleep great due to the firmness of the mattress being very firm and the lumpy pillows. I woke up stiff.
It was clean....

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They assisted with reserving a taxi in the morning and was there waiting for us to make sure we linked up with the taxi. We had an issue with the shower drain and was fixed quickly.
The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The hotel was in the middle of it all - easy to walk to the train, restaurants, and major tourist areas....

Staff were so welcoming and friendly, couldnt do enough for you. Rooms were clean and have everything you need as a base for your city break. Breakfast was buffet style but loads of choice. Great location to visit all the major sights in Rome! You wont be disappointed!...
