Firstly, this is NOT a hotel!! It is a pilgrim guesthouse managed by the Roman Catholic Church for the Archdiocese of Sydney. The rooms not in use by the pilgrims are being miss-sold on Agoda and other booking sites as a 4 or 5 star hotel. Its NOWHERE close!! I have utmost respect for the church and respect it entirely as I do my own religion. However, my issues are with the behavior of the staff and the mismanageme...

Good location within walking distance of Termini Station especially if you exit at the correct entrance! & if you're young, most attractions are within walking distance but would probably take at least 30mins to get to the nearest which is Pantheon, Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, I feel the Vatican etc is a tad too far. Rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfy and staff were helpful when we needed something. Location wise, its really good, your not too far from termini and there a lot of restaurants and shops near by.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choice of savoury and cooked food, would return...

Just left from a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. We booked a superior double which was extremely spacious. The room was clean and warm and included tea and coffee making facilities.
Staff were lovely and gave some good restaurant recommendations.
Breakfast was buffet style had warm and cold options as well as different pastries.
