Best Hotel for visitors, very close to Main Train Terninal ( Termini ), staff and service are great, they can hold your bags if you have a later trip, very good breakfast, rooms are spacious, will stay here everytime I visit Rome. Great price, lots a places to eat close by...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Domus Australia was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the front desk staff member named Corina. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Im sat here now my room and bed is over run with ants and there telling me they cant change are room and if we are not happy to move hotel its 22:20 in the evening and they want us to go instead of solving the problem this is totally unacceptable yet to mention I am travel agen absolutely appalling...

My family of 3 stayed at this hotel for 3 days for the Jubilee and we had the most amazing Rome hotel experience. If you want an authentic Roman holiday feel stay at this hotel compared with other modern chain hotels this property is exceptional. I had a 2-day conference in such a beautiful central location and a pilgrim guest house which is well organized both with meeting rooms, an inner opened cloister which features a relaxing and welcoming spot in the city away from the busy and crowded places.
