Terrible food, no one helped get our luggage to our room, they stood there watching elderly people struggle to get their bags up stairs to tiny elevators. Very uncomfortable bed....

I have been to this hotel several times. Overall it is a very good hotel. Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and most importantly a great location on Via Nazionale. When you are at this hotel you don't need to worry about taxis at all. My wife and I walked to all the historical parts of the city every day and except for going to and from the airport we didn't take a taxi. I have to say that I was in the ...

We love everything about our stay. We enjoyed it very much. From the room & in-room amenities, service, location (safe and walkable) Very EXELLENT! They also offer breakfast.

This is not a bargain basement hotel, but by Rome standards (Not mine), I guess its medium priced. Great location, s short bus ride to Termini and many bus routes right outside the door. We paid the extra for a premium room and it faced the centre courtyard, so we had no noise issues. Room was clean and comfortable with a great bed. I had booked a large room for 6 nights(13/02/2025-19/02/2025), the hotel administration treated us terribly... They put us in an economy room, the toilet was at our feet, the room was so small we couldn't unpack our luggage.
We contacted the tourist office, but they didn't change our room even after their intervention, they have a terrible administration.
