Double room overlooking the Main Street. Room very small and bathroom even smaller. No hot water in handbasin and plug did not work resulting In Water constantly draining out. The shower head kept dropping down.

Adequate hotel near Villa Borghese

Single rooms are very small. Location is good if you are visiting Villa Borghese and it took me around 15 mins walk from Termini. Not a 4-star in my opinion, but a 2-3 star.
Pros: All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was OK, but there was no freshly squeezed orange juice (surprising for a 4-star hotel?).

This Property cannot be classified as a four star

This hotel was sold to us by Exotica as a four star property. Rooms are very tiny, bathroom had a damp smell, property is very dated and really does not qualify as a four star property by international standards. Elevator is old and very slow....

Lovely quiet hotel, well appointed and with friendly staff, about 12 minutes walk from the Roma Terminus. The quality belies the reasonable price. Great area off the tourist trail with lots of genuine and authentic restaurants in the vicinity. Wonderful and extensive breakfast menu!...

Currently staying here on my first visit to Rome from Oxford, and overall its been a very positive experience. The staff and service have been excellentfriendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
