We had a wonderful stay at the Grand hotel Palatino.
The hotel director introduced himself ant check in and was very friendly. We were upgraded to a better room, though not a higher floor as per my request as the hotel was at full occupancy.
We were however presented with some macarons in our room by the hotel director which I thought was a classy touch

We had a very nice time at the Grand Hotel Palatino. We met the hotel director at the time of check in who introduced himself and was very friendly. We were upgraded to a better room but not on a higher floor as per my request as was informed that the hotel was at full occupancy. Roberto served me and my friend at check in and accommodated to us so well as well as the rest of the staff. They were so so kind and made us feel so welcomed. Loved this hotel and would come back again, also great 5 min walk to the Colosseum!! ...

Very nice but VERY HOT IN ROOM

Currently here at the hotel and let me tell you that it is HOT. There is an air conditioning system. However, you cannot adjust it. The front desk will adjust it. And even if you try to turn on air condition, theyll change it to fan and its still hot here. But I will say it is one of the most beautiful hotels in Italy that Ive been to, I mean the grounds, the grounds are beautiful. There is a lot of space in the r...

Wonderful hotel,great location to historic sites and transportation Metro and train terminal.includes breakfast was first rate with helpful staff.newly decorated rooms were beautiful.staff was friendly and very helpful. Plan on making FH55my go to hotel in Rome...
