Stayed two nights with my daughter. The hotel is well located only a few minutes walk from Termini station. It's set back from the main road so it was very quiet. The rooftop bar was lovely and we took a drink up there on the first night (they serve drinks directly up there when the weather gets warmer but I enjoyed it even in the cold!). I stayed here for a week with my partner. We both loved this hotel and would stay here again if we ever had the chance to return to Rome. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. They offered information to help you navigate Rome and we were able to check with them that we were getting on the right train to do a day trip to Pompeii. Ok it is a 3 star hotel but location is fabulous , rooms are small but very clean and efficient, breakfast is absolutely fine and staff are tremendous.
The other reviews are right .....its a lovely find in a busy city.
Very pleased my Trip advisor research found this Hotel and the reviews were dead on. We stayed 2 nights followed an additional 2 after business in Florence.

The location is very good for the Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small bar on the ground floor and a lovely rooftop area with great views.
