This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Rome. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms seem recently renovated and are spacious and comfortable. The bed offered a good night's sleep aided by the fact it was very quiet. The breakfast was very nice. Large variety of hot and cold options all delicious. Have given this hotel a high rating specifically for the location, its just under 10 mins from Spanish steps, 15 mins from Trevi fountain, hop on bus stop just across main road, it is surrounded by lots of restaurants which are all amazing value.

The hotel staff are very nasty., they dont like to be bothered with questions. The hotel needs refurbishment. The AC is turned on automatically at 3pm and turned off at midnight, terrible. We made a complaint about it and were told to deal with it and if hot, to open the window. The breakfast was basic. Bed not comfortable and pillows extremely hard. There was mold in the bathroom. Unless you cannot afford to go anywhere better, do not stay here. the rooms are run down. the AC is non existent. the bathrooms are dysfunctional. breakfast was awful. spend the money and stay somewhere else....
