Above and Beyond front desk service!!!

My husband, parents and i stayed here last week. My husband and i didnt have our luggage because it was left in Canada and Switzerland. After many calls and emails, we were able to get them to Rome. We couldnt have done it without the help of the amazing front desk team. Nayrouz And Franchezca were incredibly helpful in calling the airport for us and arranging the delivery of our luggage to us. This hotel is lovely! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. It will always be where we stay when we visit the Eternal City....

A lovely base to explore Rome

I would really recommend this hotel. Myself and two friends shared a triple room when visiting Rome for the first time. From a location point of view the hotel was brilliantly located, a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and also a good base for days out at the Colosseum and Vatican. Newly renovated hotel, excellent staff, and great location. I noticed that previous reviews didn't match what I could see from the website, and indeed, the staff told me that the hotel has just reopened after an extensive 18-month renovation.
On top of the perfect location and the clean and modern rooms, the restaurant is also very good. Definitely recommended....

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Rome. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms seem recently renovated and are spacious and comfortable. The bed offered a good night's sleep aided by the fact it was very quiet. The breakfast was very nice. Large variety of hot and cold options all delicious.
