Stayed at the Nord Nuova for a long weekend. The hotel is in a great location 5 minute walk from the main terminal station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 11-30 ish and our rooms were available. Rooms are very spacious, clean and our bed was huge. Coffee and tea provided. There is a mini bar but is chargeable if needed. - Hotel was old and spooky.
- Breakfast was okayish for the price.
- Good location.
- Front desk staff and doorman were not cordial. Doorman specifically didn't greet us and others who looked like us. We felt belittled when he shouted at us because we kept our bags at the lobby while eating breakfast. We did that after confirming with the reception staff who suggested we keep the bag there in the first place. We wer...

Great hotel in centre of Rome

Great location with main Metro and railway station very close,Comfortable rooms we were in RM 480 for three nights.Breakfast is very good ,roof top bar is great which also serves food. The staff are fantastic with some of them clearly long time employees who care about the place.The hotel is ultra clean with comfortable sitting areas at reception. Staff at reception are excellent as was all the rest of the staff....

Lovely hotel. Everyone friendly. Bed so comfy!
Only thing puts me off (not hotels fault)
The location is very near termini station but the street when you leave hotel to right and go up the first left is very dodgy at night, drugs being smoked, a lot of homelessness, beggars, very unsafe! Dirty and smelly street!!...

Convenient location to Roma Trimini station

Hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini, which is a plus. Rooms run small in Italy. We were allowed to leave our luggage, was given a ticket and then we explored around the area. We came back and tried to find our luggage, and no one knew where our luggage had gone to, a gentleman had taken my husband to find it in one room wasnt there went into another room was in the back of that room very unorganized I thin...
