Good hotel over all but the staff (exept the cook's and cleaners) were rude both to other guests and us.
Also the rooms were unbearably hot and no AC...

Lovely hitel, we had 2 rooms next to each other as had teenage kids with us.
Room basic but clean and roomy enough, not in them long when it's a city break. Little fridge for water etc, don't use theirs too expensive.
Reception and concierge lovely, so helpful. Weather was very wet, they offer umbrella fir a deposit, we had no cash, receptionist gave us his to use to get to resturaunt very impressed with them. The lo...

Embarassing experience, terrible service, 1 hour and half wait for spritz

It was an embarassing experience. It took them 1 hour and a half to bring us 3 small pizzas and glass of prosecco and spritz for aperitif. I have ordered an analcolic drink passion fruit based and they brought me a pineapple juice, charging me 11 Euros. DON'T GO!!!!!...

Stayed at the Nord Nuova for a long weekend. The hotel is in a great location 5 minute walk from the main terminal station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 11-30 ish and our rooms were available. Rooms are very spacious, clean and our bed was huge. Coffee and tea provided. There is a mini bar but is chargeable if needed. Toiletries provided and a hairdryer which was fine. We had breakfast each mornin...
