Difficult to decide if this was a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 5. The deluxe room (No. 105) was large and attractive with nice lighting and a high ceiling. The location also was good for us to park our car off the street and Metro to the city center. While I would like to rate the hotel higher, I cannot for these reasons: 1. An unpleasant and very bad experience

Very disappointed with our stay. My sister and I were alone in the room, and during our absence, a valuable designer bag went missing. We suspect the housekeeping staff or someone from the hotel. We reported it, but no action was taken. We dont feel safe and would not recommend this hotel....

Lovely stay in Rome

A peaceful and quiet hotel. The staff are so friendly especially the man at breakfast who made our coffees every morning (the one who speaks Spanish) and the man on reception (with glasses). Lovely staff who made us feel welcome. The best thing about this hotel was our massive balcony! Absolutely stunning and a lovely place to relax. I would like to point out as a couple that also works in the hotel industry our experience at Torlonia Principote.
We stayed for 4 nights in November we had booked a double room but we were supposed to travel with friends that had booked a junior suite.When we arrived we were told we have an upgrade to the junior suite our friends had already booked and paid for.

Amazing little hotel, very welcoming and right by a bus stop so is easy to get into the hotel.
I went with my girlfriend for her birthday and I wrote an email asking for wine and flowers to be put into our room whilst we were out in the day and they did an amazing job.
