The hotel is beautiful and the staff is worthy of a 5 star hotel. The issue I had was with the small size of our room. I've been to Rome many times and I travel often so I'm familiar with city hotel room sizes, but still I feel like they put us in the least impressive room in the hotel. Tiny room, no view, and an overall unimpressive stay for 140,000 Hilton points. I was hoping for better, especially with Hilton gold...

My stay at Hotel de Inghileterra Collection was truly wonderful. While there were a few construction-related noises during the night on some occasions, it honestly did not take away from the overall experience, which was exceptional from start to finish.

10/10 incredible hotel!! Not only is it extremely beautiful and romantic inside, the staff and entire experience for us was a dream come true. From the second we walked in till checkout we were treated with incredible professionalism and kindness. Absolutely the best hotel experience Ive had my entire life. Cried when I left. We had a three night stay at this lovely hotel and it didnt disappoint. Wonderful staff, meticulous attention to detail and always happy to help. We were upgraded to a balcony suite which a very much appreciated. We will be back soon....
