Absolutely terrible customer service
Cancelled our booking less than 24 hrs before we were due to check in
We booked through booking.com and were told payment on check in - the hotel took the wrong amount 1 week before and then cancelled our booking stating invalid card details. Official complaint to be made as we are now left high and dry.
Avoid at all costs...

A lovely Hotel with an amazing staff!

The hotel is very nice! Located 4 minutes walk from Termini main station. Hotel facilities is very clean, nice environment sitting at the lobby.
Room was very comfortable and clean.
Staff at the reception were very helpful and nice.
Especially Dylan and Elisa! Always patient and helped in any matter.
Will definitely come back!...

We have just spent 6 nights here. Cannot fault the entire experience.
Conveniently located near Rome Termini for all public transport. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Facilities include an in house bar and lounge area which is a great place after a day walking around Rome.
Close to some fantastic restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again....

Booker beware!

Do not stay here! I dont know how they claim to be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are filthy - mold on the walls and hair in the bed. Shower door wouldnt close and the faucets are rusty. Management wasnt helpful and we were so disgusted we actually left the hotel early and found different accommodations....
