Dirty, as soon as I enterd the room I found rubbish on the floor which means they havent cleaned the room for the new guest.
I dont know how can I use the bed and the bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To cut it short it is terrible in everything, dont use book with them...

We stayed for three nights on the 6th floor, the room was extremely clean, spacious and modern. Room was made up well and cleaned everyday. We didnt need to have much to do with the staff but from what we did they were polite and helpful. Our experience at the Hotel Marco Polo wasnt a great one. We stayed there June 9-11th, 2025. To begin with, they are located at the 3rd floor, and they only have 1 small, very old and dusty elevator that barely fits 2 people. The building is under construction so is very dusty. We paid $555 for 2 nights, and no breakfast was included. The room is newly renovated, but the AC unit wasnt cooling so we spent 2 nights s...

Nice renovated rooms but terrible service

The rooms are renovated and great except for shower room leaking water with shower but staff is horrible, rude and do not care at all including the owner.
I stayed there from July 5th to July 8th. The AC control was not working properly, it was set to 27 degree which was exterminating hot to stay in the room specially with having my kid and wife with me, I tried explaining to the staff that it is too hot but they ke...

I found this hotel on a Day Use site (reserve a room from 8 AM-2 PM) until our AirBnB would be ready. Our flight arrived at 6 AM, we took the Leonardo Express to Roma Termini and walked a few short blocks to the hotel. Typical small room, small bathroom, but a comfortable bed for a few hours of sleep, which we needed badly.
