Our hotel room was clean, modern and adequate in size. The shower was excellent and the location is great as its literally around the corner from the main train station. Outlook from the room window was very poor (it looked into a very run down area / courtyard) and other rooms. The walls are paper thin. Dirty, as soon as I enterd the room I found rubbish on the floor which means they havent cleaned the room for the new guest.
I dont know how can I use the bed and the bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To cut it short it is terrible in everything, dont use book with them...

We stayed for three nights on the 6th floor, the room was extremely clean, spacious and modern. Room was made up well and cleaned everyday. We didnt need to have much to do with the staff but from what we did they were polite and helpful. Our experience at the Hotel Marco Polo wasnt a great one. We stayed there June 9-11th, 2025. To begin with, they are located at the 3rd floor, and they only have 1 small, very old and dusty elevator that barely fits 2 people. The building is under construction so is very dusty. We paid $555 for 2 nights, and no breakfast was included. The room is newly renovated, but the AC unit wasnt cooling so we spent 2 nights s...

Nice renovated rooms but terrible service

The rooms are renovated and great except for shower room leaking water with shower but staff is horrible, rude and do not care at all including the owner.
