Excellent hotel and great value for money. The customer service is exceptional from the desk to the housekeeping. Facilities and cleanliness was also spot on. I will definitely return when I return for a holiday....

I felt the hotel was great for the price. Well located in a safe area with easy access to the train. Our room was small for a family of four, but thats to be expected in bigger cities. It felt clean. Breakfast was great as well!...

This hotel was a boutique hotel. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The concierge helped us booked a day trip to Florence. Informed us on the dos and donts of riding the train. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Ivan at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The location worked for us. Close enough to walk to most of the things we wanted to see. There was also a metro station minutes away. The area felt safe. We would stay here again...

We stayed at this hotel as a family in the summer of 2025. The location of the hotel is excellent. Its a cozy hotel with a 1960-70s-style atmosphere. In terms of cleanliness, it was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel breakfast was also almost flawless...
