when is an annex not an annex

Beware: this hotel has an 'annex' that is NOT part of the hotel but a couple of blocks away in a tenement style building. they charge the same price as the hotel and it is DIRE. There is NO MENTION of the 'annex' on their website so when you book the hotel and they put you in the 'annex' you have no idea what you are getting. You would never book that room at that price if you knew what you were getting. totally ...

Had the most wonderful time here. The hotel rooms are lovely, I was in the annex and was suprised as so many reviews were negative. It was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. The location was perfect, the staff were soooo lovely! I would definitely return!...

Convenient Location but Horrible Street Noise

The room was extremely small and my reasoning for the 2 stars is the street noise is unbearable. We did not sleep the window or walls are no where near soundproof, it felt as if I was sleeping on the street. For the price youre paying clearly that is for the location which is convenient and easy near everything. The front desk staff were not welcoming and when I would walk in the lady would give me rude looks after ...

Perfect location, SUPER friendly staff, very nutritious breakfast and good for gluten free guests. clean. All together: perfect value for money.
The only thing needs to be improved is the space for entry into the shower. Too narrow....

Worse experience. I would recommend if you are black not to attended. Th hotel staff racisit, externally rude and lack customer services. I didnt get the mans name, however also addressed me as a sir. Honestly I would not recommend this place at all! Good luck if u book. The staff ruin it all....
