We had such an amazing, lovely stay. Such an incredible hotel in a great neighborhood of Rome and a very convenient place. Near the metro and even a lot of great restaurants, bars and shops close by.
The front office team is very proficient answering all enquiries on the fly even before our arrival.
All the staff is proficient and from the first moment, they were so welcoming!

Nice hotel, great location, very close to the city, friendely stuff, good breakfast, room on the 6th floor was great as well with a nice view of the city. We arrived around 1 pm and were able to check in, they also allowed a late check out without an extra charge which was very nice of them. The only thing is that bathroom was a bit dated and needed a renovation, as well as some of the common spaces, but generally it...

We had an excellent trip in Rome! The hotel was as described on internet and made everything seamless! Breakfast was delicious and housekeeping was doing an excellent job! The location of the hotel is impressive and you may walk anywhere easily (Navona, Vatican etc). We will definitely choose NH again in future trips!...

We had an excellent experience while staying in NH Collection Roma Centro. Great location (quiet and nice neighbourhood, just 15 minutes walk from Vatican, 5 minutes walk from metro A station - Lepanto), clean and modern rooms (with perfect and comfortable bed), friendly staff. I have been to this hotel 15-20 times for work and I would recommend staying literally anywhere else.
While the rooms themselves are fine, the thermostats in them are locked by the front desk. Both summer and winter you can expect to be sleeping (or not sleeping) in minimum 25 degrees regardless of the temperature youve set.
