Booked this hotel due to its location, views of Il monumento and the forum. I wasn't disappointed, the hotel delivered all that. The staff, however, took the experience to another level. Nothing was too much trouble. The wait staff at breakfast and at the evening dining room were fantastic. Great location with excellent service. Stunning views from rooftop bar. Wonderful breakfast service.
Only downsides are that the drinks in the rooftop bar are very expensive and the lift is small and particularly slow for guests as there is a lot of traffic to the bar. Can be noisy in the morning with the regular bottle clearance...

I took my husband here as a surprise for his birthday. I chose this hotel for the location, views, and great reviews on TripAdvisor. I wasn't disappointed. From the outset, Amira in guest relations was super helpful with arrangements like balloons and wine for the room. On arrival, Francesca greeted us warmly and with lots of helpful information. Well positioned hotel for the sites of Rome. Comfortable and spacious room with excellent service. We upgraded our room on arrival to one with a view of the city but with hindsight, would recommend sticking to a less expensive 'internal' facing room as probably a little less noise from outside. That said, it wasn't overly intrusive. Francesca on reception was very accomodating throughout our stay....

It was one of the best experiences that I have ever lived. I extended my stay just to be able to enjoy more and more the luxurious room, the breathtaking view and the most friendly staff that I have dealt with. I will be back soon ️️...
