My niece chose Rome for her first trip abroad, and I booked the NH Fori Imperiali for its location to popular sites. I was unfamiliar with the brand and found it through Amex. We had an amazing stay.
We booked a "superior room" and a "superior room with view" and one room was upgraded to a suite. (Our "superior room" even had a side view to the forum and VE II monument.)

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Francesca 盧芳詩 at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel incredibly welcomed and at home. She was one of the most attentive, thoughtful, and professional hotel staff members I have ever met.

The hotel is wonderful, its beautiful, clean and in a great location. The rooms are decorated beautifully. But the best part of the hotel is the service. They have been so sweet and accommodating from the start. Francesca is incredible she has been so helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend this hotel....
