We stayed at the hotel for a 3-day Rome holiday with my family. The hotel was very good in terms of location and service. However, they gave us a premium room that was different from the room picture we saw when booking. When we said that it wouldn't be suitable for us, they offered us a junior suite for an additional 10 euros per night, but when we checked out, they increased this difference to 30 euros and added an...

Great city hotel, although the hotel was not near the main attractions being next to the train station with the subway lines was better since it made getting to and from the hotel with luggage a lot easier. Great hotel would stay at again....

Location location location - walkable and easy public transportation to anywhere you want to go in Rome
Delicious and diverse continental breakfast, friendly staff all around - particularly housekeeping and restaurant
Spacious rooms, although there is some noise from the train station/piazza, we had restful nights
Old-school cable tv (mostly IT or Middle East channels, no streaming)

10/10 all around. Great cocktails and good food. But the best of all was the service. Samantha the bartender was extremely nice and made amazing drinks. Very hospitable. Would recommend asking for her if you visit :)...
